Shri. S. Shenbagaraj Deputy General Manager of Repco Bank is on deputation to Repco Micro Finance Ltd. He has a career spanning nearly 25 years with Repco Group Institutions. He graduated with a Maths major and completed Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management. He has 13 years of experience in IT and other related operations and 12 years of experience in Branch Operations which includes 5 years as Branch Head. He was with Repco Home Finance Ltd., on deputation from 2003 – 2014 and has been instrumental in developing in-house IT Operations and key technology activities of the company. He is a specialized IT professional having vast knowledge and experience in the segment.

Shri. P. Senthilkumar M.B.A., CAIIB., Deputy General Manager of Repco Bank is on deputation to Repco Micro Finance Ltd. He has vast experience in Treasury, Risk Management, Accounts & Audit, and Balance Sheet Finalization at Repco Bank for more than a decade. He was instrumental in establishing Diversified Funds Management and enhancing Treasury profit. He also handled Personnel Administration and Repatriates Rehabilitation Divisions at Repco Bank. He was one of the Trustee in Repco Bank (Employees) Pension Fund Trust. His previous stint was with US based Investment Banking firm as ‘Analyst’ before joining Repco Bank.

Shri.S.Yoganandhan,B.Com, ACS having more than 5 years of post-qualification experience including 3 years in Proactive Solutech (India) Pvt. Ltd, a management consultancy firm and 2 years in Mercantile Ventures Limited, a listed company in the field of Finance – Leasing of Properties, Facility Management & providing Manpower Services.

Shri.R.Easwaran, MA, Mphil from Bharathiyar University, is associated with RMFL since inception. He is the recipient of district level Best coordinator award from Nilgiri District Collector in 2002 for coordinating women development programmes. He has worked in various capacities and presently he heads the Credit Monitoring and Management Division.

Shri.P.K.B. Balamurugan, is an M.com, MSWA and MBA (Banking & Finance) graduate with 20 years of rich experience in Co-operative and Micro Finance Institutions. He holds certification in SME Finance for bankers from IIBF. After having served for five years with Co-operative institutions, he has joined RMFL and continues to be associated with RMFL since then. Presently he heads the Inspection Division.

Shri.S.Vimal,is a Professional Graduate in Agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. He has been associated with RMFL since inception. He worked in various capacities. Presently he heads the Compliance Division.

Shri. R. Seenivasan, B.A. Co-op, CAIIB, Chief Manager of Repco Bank is on deputation to Repco Micro Finance Ltd. He has a career spanning nearly 12 years with Repco Bank and 8 years with various Organisations. He has vast experience in branch banking and head office operations. Presently he heads the Personnel Administration and Premises & Purchase Division.
